People on GR say Kappa is small - why?

Kappas numbers may not be as high because despite them doing well in recruitment, girls drop. And their seniors drop. That is an indication that their pnms don't see value and their seniors drop because sisterhood isn't strong. This should be a red flag to pnms about the real value of the experience vs. other chapters like DG and APhi who they compete with.

No offense or anything but I don’t think aphi and dg have sisterhoods to write home about or anything like that

When you are evaluating chapters it is so important, and often overlooked, to see how many seniors stay active. For chapters with poor sisterhood, seniors will drop when they turn 21 and are over the whole frat party allure. Chapters like Kappa who can't keep their seniors involved are ones to be avoided.

^ In terms of retention and by comparison they do. Probably not the best sisterhoods but better than Kappa. Unfortunately Kappa never recruits enough girls to keep the house full, don’t get me wrong they get popular “edgy” girls but the pcs just aren’t big enough to account for their losses with upperclassmen every year
