Why does Kappa have significantly less members?

Everyone considers them top, but they also have like 60 less girls than everyone else. Are they that catty that girls are dropping so much???

According to the fall report online they had 116 as of fall 2019 excluding the new pc which is very small for a sorority on campus. Kinda weird. Probs has to do w that new member process 😬
