that's actually pretty accurate except for pike. pike may be controversial but they're way better than sig ep and theta chi.

Psi U is in no way better than AEPi and Phi Psi. They're better than Delt and ATO but not above there.

the main reason there is so much self-ranking is that every rank from another house is 90% all 1's...if the houses were just ranked objectively all the time then there would be no need for the self ranking. The top 5 or 6 houses should really never get all 1's, but they do half the time
