is absolutely not considered the top frat, I think at this point sig chi and sae are def better houses and there's also plenty of girls that like zbt, tke, and sammy better as well.

many girls say they like other houses better but theres always a sense of eliteness around the dke name. most girls will be psyched to party with dke as a whole even if the guys themselves arent as chill. im not saying this to purposefully make dke seem better, but its the truth and thats how girl's minds work. dke isnt my favorite frat.

kinda has a point.think about it this way boys... what would you consider the top sorority? probably kappa. but is kappa every guys favorite house, hell no they are just thought of as number one. same thing with dke.

frats might be chill but none are chiller than the fith. the one is the best ive never been to a fun party besides at one of those places. rankings are real but they should be taken seriously so you dont know what your doing. peace out
