I checked this site before rush and thought I knew which houses I would strongly consider, I can honestly say the ratings on this website are 90% inaccurate and I ended up joining a house that I'm happy with 100% and didn't even consider at the beginning. Don't buy into anything on this site.

for real houses right now are just about perfect...top ones are subjective and interchangable

sig chi, dke and sae are interchangeable. and then tke, sammy and zbt are interchangeable. basically the top 6 houses, granted a few have been on probation forever but it doesnt matter.
