After this summer there will be more off campus than on campus frats and tbh with everything going on you’re crazy if you think any parties will happen this fall. Call this a wild take but this is the end of cuse Greek life as we know it.

Thats a very good point. A lot of social distancing will take place and parties can be prohibited by the school. Off campus has no rules and will dominate the social scene.
