they are well liked just not necessarily popular but things can change and you should be joining a sorority for sisterhood anyway

This is actually a really common misconception. I have a lot of friends in alpha fam and they have just as many events as other chapters do.

They have maybe one event a weekend... they had to practically beg a frat to host their imitation parties last year

I am sorry you had this happen. But please know that it is not uncommon...and does NOT mean that you are not a special, important and valued person! If you are curious to learn more about AGD, I say F the haters. "Tiers" are a ridiculous and childish construct. The goal is to find women who you can see growing into close life-long friends, who will share similar values and lift you up in good times and bad. I know it stings. But if you're still curious about your remaining house, press on next weekend! Worst that happens is you drop out before or after pref. I had something similar happen to me as a freshman. I rushed again as a sophomore and preffed two amazing houses that had cut my the prior year. Sometimes weird crap happens with cuts. Hang in there, you matter!
