They’re trying to “rebrand” themselves apparently to become a top house. Everyone has been talking about it. Think about if you want to be in an environment like that!!

the only houses that do more than just yell at you are kappa theta and possibly tridelt. Getting “yelled” at isn’t hazing it’s important for a new pc to understand how important it is for them to take their new member process seriously.

I'm an alum. (Cue the alum bashing, lol! I'm not a GR troll, just pop on here around recruitment time to see what's up and procrastinate from work!) Not a super recent grad so I can't speak to their current new member process, but I CAN say two things because I recently advised at another chapter: 1. nationals and local advisory boards are heavily involved in making sure things are done right to help new members learn and feel included in the sisterhood immediately. Gamma Phi is an AMAZING organization.And it is INCREDIBLY special to be an Alpha. My sisters have been part of my life for many years after college, in my wedding, there for babies, illness and everything in between. Best wishes!
