Shockingly, this looks pretty right to me. However, the reality is that it's really personal preference/personality fit within each tier. It also might depend on which sisters you get matched with at that house during rush---sometimes it's a crap shoot of it you vibe with those you're paired with, at least the first few rounds when it's more random. It is SO SO important though to keep an open mind b/c what you THINK you know about a certain chapter (especially if all your info is coming from Greek Rank!!!) may not be the reality of your experience. The biggest way to shoot yourself in the foot is to assume you're going to land at XYZ house. You treat girls in other houses like crap---whether you're rude, disinterested or just not genuine. House XYZ determines you are NOT a fit....and you're left with nothing because you've made a bad impression everywhere else. Be kind, be yourself, make and effort...with EACH AND EVERY SINGLE PERSON YOU MEET. Maybe you'll never talk to them again, but maybe you'll have class with them some day, maybe one of your new sisters will be friends with them. Just be nice and respectful and you'll make more friends EVERYWHERE!
