Is Pi Phi actually coming back? Where would they even stay since phi delt has their old house

I hope they come back at some point, but I think Panhel would do better to really establish some of the other houses that are still newer like AChiO, DPhiE and AGD. Make sure they are solid with recruitment befor adding yet another new chapter to the mix.
