new ranks

new ranks won't be determined until dry period is over and the new girls can go out...bid day yesterday was at night and right after class for most girls so please don't base your impression of the new PCs off what you saw from bid day, give them a chance to get done up and show frats what they're like at events before you assign them arbitrary rankings
