Most of the times we drop girls because of their GPA and current campus involvement, or if the conversations didn't go well. Sometimes it's if the girl(s) talking to you didn't feel like you would be a good "fit" for the house, or if you seemed uninterested. However, don't feel sad- all of the houses on this campus are great and you're going to find one you love. Good luck!

Grade cuts are first. Hard line on that. No exceptions. Then it's based on your "rating" by the girls you spoke with. Odds are, you just got with a group that you didn't click with as maybe you would a different group of girls. That said, houses make groups to include different academic years, personality types, interests, friend groups. Not one "type." So...maybe it just wasn't the right fit.

It also has to do with typical return rate. Houses that do better historically have to cut more girls after the first round. It is done so they don't string along a bunch of pnms who cut other chapters hoping for their bids. The chapters that don't do as well historically get to invite more back. Don't take it personally. There are so many pnms and just brief conversations. Lots of great girls fall through the cracks. Just keep looking at the invites you have left as if it was the first round. You will find a great fit.
