descriptions of frats

Sig Chi- huge partiers but not even that attractive, def top house tho
Dke- pick their pledges based off what they look, mediocre brotherhood, unreal house
Phi Psi- bunch of high school jocks with high egos
Psi U- unique group that is low-key but nice and attractive
AEPi- despite being kicked they throw bangers and seem to have a very close brotherhood other than the new pledge class
ZBT- new pledge class will result in zbt being considered top house, very jappy but cool dudes
Sig Ep- everyone seems to hate them but they seem to have a great time with each other, most of their parties are fun but too many brothers
Phi Delt - all of them think they are rising because of one party with a top sorority but really arnt, cool and nice guys that are not stereotypical frat guys
Theta Chi- lots of weird guys but some really cool guys, not very social but have a good time
Sammy- typical jacked frat boy, some girls are scared of them lol but good brotherhood with fun parties
Let's get funny and creative here guys... I've seen previous posts similar but lets start a description thread for the frats going into the fall. I know I missed a few but these are some of the more relevant houses on campus. Feel free to join in and comment

FIGI- great group of dudes, get a lot of crap because of other chapters but are all around nice guys since the sketchy brothers graduated
DU- fun brothers and very diverse. Got a house on campus finally and have thrown some great afters. It sucks that 3/4 if the brotherhood has graduated though...
Phi Kappa Theta- Truely a no name frat but from what I’ve heard they pulled a massive pledge class and could probably be up and coming in the next few years. Also heard they might be taking Theta Tau.
Lamda- Great dudes all around. My friends love to party with them and they have a great house. Heard they might be taking SAMMY in the near future while they’re kicked off.
Delta Chi- Seems like a good crowd of guys, very small and diverse and they are taking over Historic Big Red for their new house next year, probably gonna be some great parties!

ZBT is only fun if you are blacked out drunk. That house is disgusting but not even half as disgusting as AEPi. I don’t understand how someone could live in that house. The guys in these houses are basically the same person.
Dke and Sig Chi throw the best parties. You will have a fun time no matter what. The guys only talk to certain girls they know. If you don’t know anyone in the house or if you are a gdi don’t expect to talk to any brothers. These are the most diverse frats on campus.

ATO- Really fun guys. Some guys are a little creepy and their house isnt great but really fun parties nonetheless.
Crow- Fun and nice guys, will finally have a house next semester and that should def help them move up into the middle tier
Pike- Always a great time and great brotherhood. Not having a house sorta limits how good they could be though.
SAE- Not as great as they were a few years ago but a top house anyways. Always fun and one thing about the brothers is they know how to make a fun party.
