Theta Chi is definitely on the rise. I wouldn't necessarily put Phi Delt yet, they had one big party and now think of themselves as a top house lmao. Aepi was still able to stay relevant on campus and have a ton of parties but will soon fall considering their suspension is 3 years. Zbt and Phi psi did not fall or rise lol they are still considered top houses. Give Theta Chi a year or two with good PCs and they're top tier

Good try theta chi. You had 75 pnms come during opens versus some houses having 200+. Buy yeah definitely on the rise you’re right
