I know dphie is very good in a lot of schools in New York but how is it in Syracuse ?

they're the black out sorority, either going to mixers blackout or the hospital. bottom tier and not attractive

The idea that Dphie is "black out to black out" is bs. I've seen chicks from every house on this campus black out. Painting an entire house to look sloppy just because a few are isn't fair. You could say any house is sloppy if we're going by that standard.
