Yeah but who is going to live in the house for the next 3 and a half years when they're not allowed to recruit? AXO owns their house in full and had DphiE live there for 4 years. Like it still costs money to run a house even if you own it.

DKE owns their house. Just because they aren't recognized by the school does not mean they have to leave their house like others who lease their house and get kicked off.
