According to the IFC official policies, if a girl, whom is a freshman "hooks up" with more than 17 or more brothers in one fraternity in a given quarter, then the girl will be reported in that fraternity's annual report. Once reported in an annual report from a fraternity to IFC, it is up to the discretion of IFC to "black list" that girl from a given fraternity.

Well considering everyone in Greek life knows everyone’s business, ppl know who you are. Once a good house black list you all the other good ones will blacklist you too. But don’t be too worried there’s a house for everyone.
