frat spring rush

Long story short, rushed in the fall, got an invite back to one house and I didn't get a bid even though I know I was well liked by at least some of the brothers especially since I got invited back, I know kids who have re-rushed frats and gotten bids, so should I go back? Are there any frats that are known to give sophomores more of a chance in the spring? I know that during house rounds I talked to one or two sophomores who pledged in spring at a good amount of houses, but are there any houses that give sophomores an even playing field?
