What kind of girls get bids to top tier sororities?

The girls that will get into what are considered top houses will be pretty, smart, outgoing, well dressed, involved in campus organizations, etc. They are the ones that would be considered popular in HS. The higher tier groups have the ability to be the most selective so they will end up with PCs who have it all. If you are a PNM, just be yourself. Do not try to do something to impress a chapter. Don't worry about tiers. If you fit with one of those groups, you will get in. If not, you will find another chapter to call home.

It is completely personality based- don't try to be fake because you will end up hating your house. Looks help, but looks alone won't get you in.
