embarrassed to be in your sorority

It's really upsetting seeing people in certain houses embarrassed to be associated with their sorority. The point of Greek life and recruitment is to find a place to call home and sisters that you will always be able to go to. Hearing that people are embarrassed to wear their letters outside of their room is so disappointing. Your sorority is a part of who you are on campus and if you are too embarrassed to show the world that part of you, you shouldn't be in a sorority at all.
