Alphabetical order, not their rank within the tier because it’s all girl preference.

Tier 1 -- The Top Tier Frats

Delta Kappa Epsilon -- Typical Frat house that you might see in movies, typical douchey rep but a lot of great guys that girls love. (Closest with Tri-Delt)

Phi Kappa Psi -- Very tight brotherhood, newest edition to top tier with great parties and a solid reputation, slightly less douchey than DKE but not by much. (Closest with DG)

Sigma Chi -- Very close group of guys that always have a great time, best overall human beings out of the top tier. (Closest with Kappa)

Tier 2 -- Great

Alpha Epsilon Pi -- Never met funnier dudes, fun house that loves to party but they live in a shack. Electric Atmosphere that a lot of girls love. Some herbs but

Psi Upsilon -- Up and coming fraternity filled with some really great guys and some really not. You can always catch girls there having a great time making them a very good house.

Zeta Beta Tau -- Maybe the best parties on campus. They are on the brink of top if it weren’t for their lack of diverse guys. ZBT has so much fun, but it seems like they are all the same person.

Tier 3 -- Good

Alpha Tau Omega -- Not typical New York douchebags, house is in tough shape but they throw fun parties and have some down to earth good guys.

Phi Delta Theta -- Nicest guys on campus.

Pi Kappa Alpha -- Off Campus housing has lowered their rank a bit but there solid relationship with Tri delt has kept them relevant. Good darties, some sketchballs though.

Sigma Phi Epsilon -- Best basement and pretty decent parties. Too many brothers in this house has given them a rep that they will accept anyone and sometimes it seems that way.

Sigma Alpha Mu -- Muscles. Love to tell you about their muscles which turns off some girls but still a fun house that is rising up.

Theta Chi -- Smarter brothers that aren’t as concerned with throwing great parties. Still a good house with a lot of really genuine guys.
