by: PnmHi so I'm going to be rushing this spring and my sister is currently a junior in a sorority at Cuse. But I'm not sure I want to be in her sorority as the girls are not the nicest and very cliquey. I was wondering if usually if you have a sister in a house if other houses know if they cut you and if I have to be in my sisters sorority. Thanks!! This has been causing me so much stress lately

You will never find a house where the girls are simply just mean and cliquey, sorority houses have 150-200 girls. So if you think this because of your sisters experience, realize that you are a different person and your pledge class will have completely different girls. That being said, do whatever you want. But if your sister is in kappa, DG, or tridelt, you would be retarded not to just be with her.

You have like 4 months until recruitment---don't think about it. Why don't you spend time meeting the girls in her chapter and get to know them better. Then go into recruitment with an open mind. The thing to know is that if you're invited back to her house for pref, you're top of the bid list. so there's that....
