accurate strat ranks and why

Kappa- Come on they're kappa they're hot they're fun and everyone knows it
Tridelt - these girls don't have a rep for being the nicest girls but they're hot and mix with top houses
DG- nice smart girls, pretty, work hard play hard, definitely the classiest of the top teir houses
Alpha phi - hot girls, most have money, can't give much else reason but they're up there
SDT - girls are hot and know how to party
Theta - genuinely cool girls that know how to have a good time
Phi sig - girl next door type girls, sweet and fun
Axid - people say they're dropping but every girl I know in the house is so nice and fun, they're getting a lot of hate for sopro but I don't understand how people think that should affect their rep
AXO - doing surprisingly well for their first year back, I dk why people think they self rank because I haven't seen one nice thing about them on here but I've heard mostly good things about them on campus, no where near top yet but definitely on the rise
Gamma phi - fun girls down to earth and a strong sisterhood
Aephi - not much to say about them they just kind of exist
AGD - not your typical sorority girls, bottom tier because they don't have the best looks and don't mix with good frats but a lot of the girls are super fun
DPhi - not terrible but frats don't want to mix with them, diverse group of girls
