It's sad that you made this to vote Phi Delt. It's even more pathetic that when I voted as the second person I knew that would be the other vote.

Odds are Phi Delt. My whole family has gone to Cuse for 4 generations, and they have told me that basically every house has been top at some point. When my sister was here Sig Chi was off campus. The way it's been explained to me regarding frats moving up quickly is that how they getting a new house, and how they got their house has more to do with how they are perceived than anything else. Every fraternity besides 4 or 5 (Phi Psi?) has been off campus at some point. Phi Delt is probably the next to rise, but ultimately they will stay in the middle or move to the top based on how they handle relationships both with sororities in general, and in individual dating.

None of these houses have any potential upside. They're all middle tier or terrible houses that will never move up
