Both top but different. Sig chi has cooler guys but DKE is more of your stereotypical frat. go sig chi if you want to be close with the guys in the house while also partying really hard and go DKE if you want to be like a classic frat bro and be known as being that. A lot of girls I know have problems with the guys in DKE for various reasons. But also keep in mind that sig chi does like everything with Kappa, which is top but that's just something to consider
