"top tier" = petty, rude, mean, shallow, materialistic, fake
"middle tier" = mix between top tier personalities and bottom
"bottom tier" = genuine, not concerned with what "rank" they are, real, respectful, nice

Not every top house is mean, shallow, rude, etc. This is like saying that all bottom tiers are unattractive, awkward, etc. This is a complete generalization. Every chapter is different regardless of tier and within each chapter there are members that could be described by every adjective mentioned above. Are you even in a chapter to make such a false post?
If so, it is clearly bottom tier and you are trying to throw shade on others to boost yourself up. Enjoy your own chapter and don't be so immature.
