thoughts on phi delt

They seem to have a nice house (in optimal location for Whitman kids) with brothers who have their head on straight . I am definitely interested in rushing Phi delt but I was wondering who they party with the most. And other general thoughts. A brother mentioned Phi sig which seems pretty solid to me as they got a good pc this year.

personally I am a big fan lol really chill dudes, some weenie hut jr types but overall solid group of guys. They party with middle tier sororitys like phi sig and theta but also know they have events with DphiE and gphiB
