There is no rule that says a chapter HAS to accept a legacy! If a legacy is invited to pref round, she automatically is #1 on the bid list. But they can cut her before pref. There are just extra steps to take---usually international has to be notified. In my chapter's case, we have to contact the Regional Coordinator and explain why the woman isn't the right fit, etc.

Heard that too...did she end up in another house? I heard they are suing their own house for parties when they weren't allowed, all the illegal things tri delta has done. Idk tho- I wonder what the real deal is
