Aephi is not that high. Try somewhere below gphi or dphi. And ya sdt parties with top houses sometimes but that doesn't make them that good. There's more to ranks than who you party wth. It does matter how much girls like you too. So yeah this rank sucks and was clearly written by a girl in SDT or aephi.
