ranks for pnms to use

Whether people like it or not pnms decide houses partly based on their rankings. This ranking is done mainly for PNMS based on mixers and parties and looks. I agree if it was based off of sisterhood the rank would look different. That being said:
Tri delt, DG, Kappa
Alpha phi, SDT
Theta, phi sig, axd
Aephi, gphi, dphie
Agd, axo

so true. pnms should pick the house that they feel most comfortable at, but theres a lot of pressure on where that house falls in the rankings.
