informal rush

On more than if a house didn't make quota. It also has to do with how many seniors graduate or people deactivate (drop out) for whatever reason (money, transferring, not getting initiated, etc.). If a house goes below campus total (minimum number of members per house m) as set by Panhel then they usually have to do COR in the fall. If they are only a few women off from total, they might not have to----it sometimes is then up to each sororoity's headquarters. For some reason, COR is seen in a bad light at SU like a house is a failure if they have to do it. It's a stupid stigma....at other schools it's NOT so secretive and like a shameful thing!
