There are tons of videos on YouTube that you can watch on the subject. Pick outfits that reflect your own personality. Shop where you would normally shop or wear something that you already feel great in.

This is winter in Syracuse so don't freeze in the name of fashion. Warm boots the first round and a good coat all rounds so you have more to talk about than how cold you are :)

Can't go wrong with some cute pieces from urban... but dress warm and dress to your own style, if that's not your type of store then chose whatever is comfortable but cute/trendy
