is there a sorority that is all around down to earth but also likes to party a lot? i don't really care about ranks but i want to be around girls who are tolerable and also have a great time

Don't care about ranks. Go into the process trusting your instincts. You will end up in the right place. Do not place weight on rankings! Instead care about meeting people that you connect with. Top, middle or bottom tier might be your match

Take a look around the room during recruitment to see how sisters interact with each other. Also at house tours and pref look at the other PNMs with you. Those girls could be in your PC!
