housing movements

Asking to see if anyone has any new info on general housing shifts. I heard that dphie was looking at SAEs old house. I also heard du was looking at their house or something to do with fijis house. I heard that phi delt was losing their house to the school. I heard that aepi was building next to gphi and selling their old house the school. Or any other housing that I didn't bring up that people know of, comment! No one get upset, not spreading rumors, just trying to confirm and see whats true.

Idk but seems like so many houses are doing that.. heard SDT was condsering selling but they are doing complete gut renovation instead

No. They owned that house years ago. Theta Chi owns that house.
