unbiased fraternity ranks going into spring rush

As a guy in a house who has a friend in almost every other house, I hold no grudges against anyone, not self ranking or bumping up or down anyone unfairly. I've had good insight into almost every house and I can confidently say this is an accurate listing. Every house has its own unique qualities that make it better than the next in its own way. Too often everyone tears each other down, were supposed to be a Greek community, sick of my fellow Greeks being so negative.
Top: Sig Chi, DKE, ZBT
Lower top: Phi Psi, Psi U, aepi
Upper mid: Sig Ep, theta chi, pike
mid: Phi Delt, ATO, Sammy, delt
Lower mid: DU, Fiji, lambda chi
Bottom: delta chi, phi kap
