Don't fall in love with a house before recruitment. Go in with a very open mind and trust the recruitment process-- the girls in the houses know what they're doing when they choose their new PC. Biggest tip: enjoy first semester and make friends with all kinds of people. Recruitment will happen soon enough so enjoy the time until then.

The best advice would be to not worry about recruitment right now considering you have a whole semester. Get involved on campus and meet as many new people as you can. Trust me, you only have one semester where the people in your grade aren't defined by their letters, make the most of it.
