Honestly go into it open minded. You're going to hear that A LOT but it couldn't be more true. Just because there are these rankings it honestly doesn't mean anything because everyone has different views/experiences with houses that influence their own opinions. Each and every house is unique in their own ways and honestly I had the opportunity to pledge one of the "best houses" and i chose what is considered a "middle tier" house instead. Don't do it for what looks good to others because a a "top house" to someone may be considered a terrible house to someone else. go where you are happy and comfortable.
