Can we please get accurate and unbiased end of the year ranks for frats and sororitys? The last couple have been ridiculous.

SAE? They're literally kicked off and won't have a house for at least another year and lambda is taking their old house. Zbt, phi psi and phi delt are also too high.

For sororities switch AZD and theta and switch SDT and phi sig

For frats zbt is too high theyre at the bottom of that tier with phi psi and psi u. Ato and Delt are also both better than phi delt

I'd disagree with ato and delt being better than phi delt.. all of the houses have goobers but I've never had a bad time at phi delt. Also it seems like their new PC is really good.
