transfer rushing

I am transferring into Syracuse in the fall of 2016 is it hard to get into a frat as a sophomore transfer and can I rush in the fall

It's a lot easier to get into a top tier frat in the fall than it is in the spring. Just sign up for rush and you'll be good.
