Mid is a little iffy. From what i have heard and experienced all of those houses are very different. ZBT has parties as good if not better than dke sig Ep and psi u but they are weird. Phi delt has a strong brotherhood and a good party once in a blue moon but theyre usually on par with delt ato and maybe even theta chi socially.

Mid: sig ep, aepi, delt
Lower mid: ATO, theta chi, phi delt
Bottom: Fiji
Sig chi got a cool class even though low key a lot of kids dropped, DKE has like 2 kids in their new pc but still have an insane house which will always make them top and phi psi and psi u got pretty good classes and have been making moves to the top zbt and sammy are grimy af but ratchet girls will always love them, pike is getting better but them and sig ep keep getting in trouble plus they're off campus which is sketch, sig ep is chill but literally the epitome of average, AEPi obv has dweebs but they also have some NJBs who girls love, delt is doing alright dope basement and nice guys but also a lot of weirdos, ATO has some chill kids but their house is disgusting and so are a lot of guys in it, girls go to phi delt to get free alcohol but the guys are painfully awkward and care too much about academics and watching sports, theta chi has a sick house but unlike DKE it doesn't compensate for their weirdness

This is definitely the most accurate ranking I have seen. Maybe bump psi u down to upper mid too though

All the posts on this site are from ZBT, Sammy, and Phi Delt. It's not even debatable that they spend all day trolling this site. You can tell because Pike and Fiji are irrelevant and don't care about this site but those houses always bring their names into the mix.
The only frats the are relevant anyway are Sig Chi, Phi Psi, Psi U, and sometimes DKE and Sig Ep.
