in my opinion (new pcs)

Kappa's pc wasn't as good as usual but still ok. Alpha Phi looks good but still not quite top tier. SDT had a hotter than usual pc. I know I'm gonna get some hate on this, but I think Theta should be this low on the list. I know a lot of girls wanted nothing to do with this house during rush because they got butch vibes from too many of the girls.

yes but alpha phi before kappa. kappa not as good this year
