Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at Syracuse University - SU 3.0 They are the new sorority on campus; they are trying the best they can with what they have. They have a ton of potential if they become a lot more selective with their Spring PC class. Lets see where they go for next year and then start to judge them. I see them being a solid middle tier sorority.

Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at Syracuse University - SU 4.2 Honestly I'm ashamed at how many girls are bashing them when they're not even chartered yet. I went to their house for their event last weekend and they were all really sweet. Yes they have weird girls but they have good girls too. I like them so far. Potential to be a solid middle tier house if they're selective this Spring.

Yes they have some awkward people but don't forget they didn't pick who would be in the house, they had people from headquarters. It's only possible to determine the house is once we see who they pick in their PCs then we'll see where they go

Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at Syracuse University - SU 1.0 I'm sure in three or four years that this house will be pretty solid but right now it's ridiculous that they're ranked this high. They've literally had one pledge class. Sure, they have a beautiful house but that's not what makes a middle or top tier sorority. Once the rest of greek life gets to know them in the coming months/years, I'm sure they can pull up from a bottom tier "ranking."
