Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at Syracuse University - SU 3.6 I would say they are lower middle now. Still got a ways to go, some girls act ratchet and there are a couple weird ones left. But theyre hotter and more fun to party with than they used to be.
