Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at Syracuse University - SU 3.4 Dphi will never be a top house and they know that but they are cut out to be solid middle in a few years. I would say they're bottom of the middle now, they actually got a good and big PC and getting a newly done house never hurts

Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at Syracuse University - SU 2.6 last year i would've put dphie as middle tier, but after this rush its clear that theyre bottom. don't get me wrong they're all pretty nice and cool, but literally every girl dropped deeph after the first round so their new pc is made up of almost all rolling bids. just really average girls who don't all even know each other.
