They're a middle tier house and SDT is a top tier house so why is SDT even relevant to their rankings when they're obviously above them

Alpha Epsilon Phi - ΑΕΦ Sorority at Syracuse University - SU 3.2 these girls are like average girls in an average house, they got a good pc and frats noticed but theyre not moving anywhere major anytime soon probably. what I can say is girls in this house are super close and their friendships arent fake like most other houses, but its true they have an average social schedule and they get hated on all the time
