Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at Syracuse University - SU 4.5 Theta Chi could be top tier in a few years... very nice group of guys that honestly have fun parties but I would like to see them be more socially active. With SU really cracking down on frats, I wouldn't be surprised if new incoming students start migrating to theta chi and taking kids that might have been taken by DKE, pike, or sig chi a few years ago. Also have one of the nicest houses on campus. As of right now they are middle tier and are underrated but I think that will change soon.

Theta Chi could be top tier in a few years... very nice group of guys that honestly have fun parties but I would like to see them be more socially active.
