Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at Syracuse University - SU 3.0 comment below, they're better than ATO and their pledge class seems alright, but they are starting to act like sammy. not cool. they need to find their own identity i'd say, unless that's actually how phi psi is because it didn't seem like that at all a couple of years ago.

Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at Syracuse University - SU 3.8 yea not my favorite house but they definitely are above sig ep, theta chi, ato, psi u, delt, and aepi. i agree with that comment though, the only thing they really have going for them is looks and parties. some of the guys are difficult to talk too and a lot of the better looking ones have girlfriends. middle tier.
