Just read the 5 previous comments and I'm amazed at the lengths these try hard, no partying, no real brotherhood, not tradition having kids go to, to convince kids to join their house. Feel bad for them really. Can't drink in their own house- party at the schine center. Have no real pledge process so no brotherhood-no bonds

Never seen such shameless self promotion. Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Syracuse University - SU 4.6 I love this house. Every time we party with them ends up being the highlight of my month. Nice, talkative, know how to hang, just all around great guys. Don't listen to the haters keep doing what you're doing!

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Syracuse University - SU 4.6 Great guys. Great house. One of, if not the classiest of the fraternities at Syracuse. I have had the best experiences at this house because they brothers are genuine and clearly intelligent. Good reputation and still rising. Bravo boys, bravo.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Syracuse University - SU 4.6 they've been on campus since i was a freshman and each year i only hear better and better things about them. i have a few guy friends in this house and they love it. we'll see what spring rush brings them….good luck boys!!
