I’d just like to start off by saying that disaffiliating from SDT was one of the best things I could have ever done for my mental health. These girls have such a power trip and get off on disrespecting, belittling, and intimidating other girls even after the new member process ended. Granted, there are of course sweet girls in the house that are a bit more down to earth, but they are significantly outnumbered. To the upcoming PNMs, don’t just consider joining SDT because your home or camp friends, family members, or new friends want to join. I made that mistake because I thought it was what I was “supposed to do.” There’s a reason why almost a dozen members in my MC disaffiliated one by one just a semester after joining. I was personally threatened to keep quiet months prior if that puts anything into perspective. Stick with your gut!!! Xo
