yea not my favorite house but they definitely are above sig ep, theta chi, ato, psi u, delt, and aepi. i agree with that comment though, the only thing they really have going for them is looks and parties. some of the guys are difficult to talk too and a lot of the better looking ones have girlfriends. middle tier.

I honestly have more respect for theta chi than most other frats on this campus. They're probably the least arrogant group of guys you'll run into on Comstock and they definitely get involved with events other than throwing overtop/freshman-type parties.

I rushed this year, and it was heartbreaking to hear some of the nasty things girls said about houses. Though I didn't find this house to be the best match for me, it would have been so easy for a great group of girls to accept their bids and help this house get back on its feet. Shame on this school for its silly ratings.
